Announcement on the Implementation of 2023 Annual Equity Distribution

The 2023 annual equity distribution plan of OS-easy Group Holding Ltd. was approved at the shareholders' meeting held on May 17, 2024. We hereby announce the implementation details as follows:

As of the benchmark date, the consolidated undistributed profit attributable to the parent company totaled RMB 49,961,909.60, with parent company undistributed profit amounting to RMB 45,031,204.05. A total cash dividend of RMB 3,681,000.00 will be distributed.

I. Equity Distribution Plan

Based on the company's total share capital of 36,810,000 shares, a cash dividend of RMB 1.00 per 10 shares will be distributed to all shareholders.

II. Record Date and Ex-Dividend Date

III. Eligibility

Shareholders registered with the Beijing Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited ("CSDC Beijing Branch") as of the close of trading on the record date (May 28, 2024) are entitled to the distribution. Investors who purchase shares on the record date (R-Day) are eligible; those who sell shares on the record date are not.

IV. Distribution Method

Cash dividends will be distributed through CSDC Beijing Branch and credited to shareholders' fund accounts via their custodian securities firms (or other custodial institutions) on May 29, 2024.
